Eligibility Criteria

You have completed at least one full year at your home institution by the time your Monash Study Abroad program commences;

You have achieved one of at least a 60% overall average, or a minimum Grade Point Average (GPA) of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale, or a ‘C’ average in the European Credit Transfer System (ECTS), or the home institution equivalent;
You meet Monash’s minimum English language proficiency requirements; and
You have met all the pre-requisites of the units you would like to study at Monash University as published in the Handbook available here.

Before you arrive

Before entering Malaysia, all international students require a Student Pass and possibly an entry visa depending on your country of origin. There are different requirements and application processes, therefore, it is important to understand the travel requirements to Malaysia.

You are required to pay the Student Pass application fee for one (1) semester in full upon accepting your study abroad offer. The fee includes the following:
