The Process

The Internship Manager will organize to meet with you in your workplace, to discuss the expectations of the university partners in terms of the internship opportunity and the physical environment.
Your opportunity will be promoted via the TGS website, monthly EDM to universities, and TGS social media channels.
When an applicant is identified, the Internship Manager will be in touch with their details to arrange a Zoom meeting between you and the student.
Once the internship is confirmed by you and the university has approved the opportunity, TGS prepares the student for their time in Malaysia including allocating suitable accommodation.
Confirmed hosts will have access to the TGS Host support site that contains information to assist you in maximizing the hosting experience. This includes a Host Handbook that helps manage the expectations of the host, university partner, and intern, clarifies processes and risk management guidelines, and provides tips and suggestions for ensuring a mutually beneficial experience
