The Waiter/Waitress and Hostess/Captain are key members of their team, each contributing uniquely to the smooth operation of the resort’s dining services. The Waiter/Waitress ensures that guests’ needs are met promptly and with excellent service, helping to foster a positive and memorable atmosphere. Meanwhile, the Hostess/Captain sets the tone for the dining experience by providing a warm welcome and managing guest flow, ensuring a seamless start to their visit. What to expect:
The Hostess/Captain is responsible for courteously greeting and escorting guests to their tables, ensuring they are comfortably seated. This role also involves acting as a liaison between the outlets and guests, delivering exceptional customer service to create an enjoyable and memorable dining experience.

Qualifications:
Preferred qualifications include a minimum certificate in Food & Beverage or a related certification/SPM, familiarity with POS systems, and at least two years of experience in the hospitality industry or a similar Food & Beverage role.
